At Pearly Milano, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved crafting it.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn and unused.
  • Include the original packaging, jewelry pouch, and any accompanying materials.
  • Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges

Need a different item or size? No problem.

We offer free exchanges within 30 days — simply contact our team, and we’ll guide you through the quick exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please reach out immediately at support@pearlymilano.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.

  2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship your item using the provided address. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
